stayed at best western plus, perfect location next to hanes mall and plenty of restaurants. rooms were very clean, and the staff was super friendly. breakfast was good, and overall, a nice place with lots to do.
Could not be improved in any way! 🌟

the hotel is so close to restaurants and a huge mall. the hot breakfast was amazing, and the staff worked hard to keep everything stocked. also, the clerk justin was super kind and helpful.

Great customer service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, and convenient location near the mall and medical offices.
Felt very well taken care of, nothing too much trouble.

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly. The well-lit parking lot felt safe, and waking up to the smell of a hot breakfast was delightful. However, the hotel could use some repair and cleaning.

We had a wonderful experience staying at a hotel on Silas Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem. The location was convenient, and the staff made us feel welcomed and at home throughout our 2-day stay. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for our needs. The front desk lady, Pat, went above and beyond to ensure we had a quiet room for studying and resting. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi, that made our stay even more enjoyable. it was a great experience as foreign tourists staying here for a seminar.
The check-in process could have been better. The staff member at the desk seemed uninterested and provided no information about the hotel or its amenities.
